Bordering towns... we aren't in the Snohomish school district.
I didn't sew all the patches, the original patches are sewn on when they make the jacket. Now as we add patches we have the option of sewing them on, or paying a small fee to have them sewn on. I've always paid to have it done.

Good Idea! I'm not much of a seamstress so I know I would pay the bucks to have them sewn on!
